Cancellations and Refunds We will always do our best to re-let your holiday and if we can we will refund the cost of your holiday in full. However if the notice given is too short and we are unable to rebook your dates we will try to offer you alternative dates, which are available, instead.
Logs and Campfire wood We provide ample logs and wood for normal usage of the wood burning stove in your bell tent. We also sell additional bags of logs for anyone who wish to have a campfire or use the wood burning stoves to excess!
General Safety/Responsibility for Children Upon arrival we will sit down with you and show you round the site and show you things like how the wood burning stoves work; run through a few health and safety formalities and give you some ideas of what to do and what is going on in the local area during your stay. Obviously parents/carers are expected to take full responsibility for their children.
Noise and Consideration Towards other Guests Guests and visitors agree to be considerate tenants and to take good care of the tents and facilities during their stay. Guests and visitors agree not to act in any way which would cause disturbance to other guests. Any music must be kept to a volume that does not cause any nuisance or disturbance to anyone else.
Dogs and Pets Regrettably for everyone’s safety and peace no dogs or other pets are allowed (except guide dogs)
The Farm Guests are very welcome to wander around the orchards and enjoy the farm. We do however ask that you stay out of any barns or buildings and do not enter any paddocks (fields where horses are grazing)
